The WeDareLab program works in the form of an exchange. For six months, the program offers you services such as advice or support for your acceleration.
In return, at the end of the program, the Etam Group converts the debt generated by the services provided into share warrants (“BSA AIR”) enabling subscription to the capital of your company.
